Most of our clients are looking for either a weekly clean or a clean every two weeks. We normally discuss this with the client and in most cases provide a two to three hour clean depending on the size of the property and the work that needs to be carried out.

Payments & Invoicing
We are quite happy to invoice you via email after the cleaning has taken place. This makes it easier for all concerned (in most cases) as you can make sure that you are happy with everything and it avoids the client needing to have cash on the day.
We normally email an invoice after the clean and the payment can then be made by bank transfer or card payment.
Payment is due on the day of the clean and in cases of a regular weekly clean (four per month) we will normally invoice you at the start of the month rather than sending you four individual invoices. This method of invoicing and payment works well if you are helping an elderly parent or friend and helps you to keep control of payments made.
Our Staff
We have various people working within Clean & Assist. Most are locally based and know the area very well. We choose our Staff very carefully as we feel that they are the face of our Company. We look for people that are experienced, mature, and friendly. Above all they need to be good cleaners!
Everyone that works within Clean & Assist are fully checked out with a rigorous interview process. Once we have discussed the work that we do, we then follow up with a face-to-face meeting and if this goes well the final requirement is a full DBS check that provides us with information about any criminal records.
All staff are DBS checked and clear of any criminal records with no exceptions. Even the people that work in the office are checked using the DBS system and we are confident that anybody we send to your property is an honest and straightforward person.
